It is an ancient, trouble-free and convenient technique for deep relaxation and hands-on healing, taught by Sensei to student with the original base learnings.
Reiki practice and empowerment enables a direct connection to the unlimited amount of universal energy that creates everything within and around us. We can then access and draw upon this universal energy by placing our hands on another person’s body. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that anyone can use including the elderly, pregnant and children.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment but complements it beautifully by releasing any imbalances or blocks to our mind, body or spirit thus accelerating our body’s ability to heal on all these levels. This treatment is given whilst you are comfortably lying and will take approximately an hour with calming and beautiful music flowing around you.
